The Zorzees platform provides, as standard, a file repository so that each client can save and organize all the critical materials that its franchisee might require. This cuts down on administrative burden for the corporate staff, as franchisees have access to a single source for all materials and will no longer have to reach out to corporate admin staff with each request.
Access By User Role
The Zorzees platform allows for multiple repositories to be set up, so that access to relevant files can be set by role within the organization: Master Franchisees/Area Representatives, Franchisees, or even Employees. Everyone will have access to the files and documents they need, and none of the ones they don’t.
